- Every control boundary uses a border color chosen to meet the contrast requirement for non-text content, after an earlier specification failed it.
- Focus is always visible, using a two-part ring designed so that it stays visible against both the page background and the control it sits on.
- Every form field has a visible label above it. Placeholders are never used as labels.
- Error messages say what happened, why, and what to do next, are announced politely, and never clear what was typed.
- Motion respects the reduced-motion preference. Animated illustrations have a static state.
- Every interactive module renders usable server markup before any script runs, so the site works with scripting unavailable.
- Decorative art is marked as decorative and hidden from assistive technology rather than described.
- Headings run in order with no skipped levels, and every page has exactly one h1.
